This concept is included as part of the 2018-19 Commander Objectives for Allied Command Transformation. This concept focusses on the enablement and sustainment of military activity, with the aim to help to enhance Alliance Resilience, strengthening support to NATO Headquarters, the European Union, and the Nations.
